Please note that JH Concierge does not book lessons or lift tickets, you must do that on your own through the JHMR website here.
RENTAL GEAR
Let Jackson Hole Concierge get your party set with some of the best rental gear the industry has to offer! Jackson Hole Concierge is proud to partner with one of the areas premier ski and board rental companies. They are a full-service ski and snowboard shop delivering equipment rentals to over 50 North American Ski Resorts. Instead of traveling to a busy ski shop, waiting in line and wasting time that you could be skiing, they will personally deliver your equipment and get you fitted in the comfort of your accommodations anywhere in Jackson, Wilson or Teton Village. They carry only top of the line, high performance Rossignol gear so you know that you’re getting the best of the best! After using this service, you will never want to stand in a crowded ski shop again.
- Delivery: All your equipment will be delivered directly to you at your accommodations. They bring extra boots in multiple sizes for a guaranteed perfect fit.
- Support: Should you for any reason need/want to switch out any equipment throughout your rental period, simply give them a call and they’ll meet you at your location (even on the mountain!) within 45 minutes.
- Pickup: On your final rental day, they will come to your accommodations to pick up all your rental equipment. You do not need to be present for pickup.
2022/2023 PRICING is per day and includes: Skis, boots, poles and/or snowboard, snowboard boots, full delivery, support and pick-up service. There is never a delivery fee and all cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery date are fully refundable less a 20% JH Concierge service fee. Tax is not included. 2-day minimum ski/snowboard rental. Prices slightly lower for 1-day rentals.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of rental will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refund will be given. All rentals are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, regardless of when cancellation occurs.
JACKSON HOLE MOUNTAIN RESORT – 2023/2024 Winter Season
Day Tickets and Advance Purchasing
Get stoked for winter and save up to 15% on lift tickets during the early bird sale from August 1 – September 30, 2023. Enjoy our longest season ever with 143 days of skiing and riding from November 24, 2023 – April 14, 2024. Book early for the best pricing and availability. You can purchase tickets at a discount here. After October 1st, guests are incentivized to purchase online before their visit with a 10% discount on purchases made outside 14 days or more and a 5% discount for purchases made within 7-14 days. To reduce crowding, we will manage daily mountain capacity throughout the season and strongly recommend day ticket purchasers to buy online in advance as single and multi-day tickets will sell out! You may purchase lift tickets here. JHMR passholders will NOT be required to make a reservation and can ski or ride on the days as indicated on the pass type purchased.
Reservations for Ikon and Mountain Collective pass holders – required again for the 23/24 season – can be made starting August 1.
Guides and lessons at the Mountain Sports School and all equipment rentals will also be available to reserve on August 1.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) will offer Lift Ticket Pick-Up Boxes for skiers and riders to pick up pre-purchased tickets. Lift ticket purchasers will be able to scan the QR code from their online order to receive their J Card (lift ticket) at the pick-up box. LIFT TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED. The pick-up boxes will be at the following locations around Teton Village and in the Town of Jackson.
- Outside the Tickets & Guest Services building in Teton Village (available 24/7)
- Outside the Mountain Sports School building in Teton Village (available 24/7)
- Inside Teton Village Sports in Teton Village (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
- Inside Hoback Sports in the Town of Jackson (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
JHMR will continue an afternoon ticket start time of noon. If capacity limits are met for a specific day, tickets will no longer be available for purchase. If a date(s) you are interested in is sold out, please contact the JHMR Guest Service Center at 307-739-2654 to learn more about available alternative options. Jackson Hole Concierge cannot secure lift tickets for guests, you must purchase on the website.
Reservations for Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective
JHMR is requiring reservations for Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective passholders. Ikon Pass holders intending to visit JHMR can begin making reservations on August 1, 2023, by clicking here. Mountain Collective passholders may begin making reservations on August 1, 2023, by clicking here. Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective passholders will not be able to ski without advance reservations.
Ski Lessons
JHMR offers ski lessons, both group and private, for all ages and levels. Advance reservations are required and dates sell out fast, so be sure to go on-line and book before they are full. Ski lesson reservations are open for the season beginning August 1, 2023. You can see information, pricing and make reservations here. Please note that JH Concierge does not book lessons or lift tickets, you must do that on your own.
Parking at JHMR
2022/2023 DAILY Parking PRICING: Peak parking pricing is in place to further reduce traffic from December 26 to January 2, 2022, and weekends thereafter until March 13.

This winter, drivers arriving in Teton Village parking lots will pull a ticket before entering the lot and pay when leaving, reducing entry times so skiers and riders can get to the slopes faster. Carpools will then stop at the parking booth so an attendant can validate their ticket before entering the Ranch parking lot. We recommend visitors to Teton Village download the JH Insider app to view real-time parking space availability, check the parking lot website cameras and stay informed of weather, lift and trail status.
Drivers can pay for parking at walk-up kiosks near the Ranch lot restrooms and on the bus island at the base of the Tram, via the ParkWhiz app, or at the exit lane kiosks when leaving the lot. Credit cards are accepted at all walk-up kiosks and exit lane kiosks. Cash is only accepted at the walk-up kiosk
near the Ranch lot restrooms. The ParkWhiz app accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards. Upon exiting the lots, drivers will scan the barcode on the parking ticket at the exit lane kiosk. If the ticket was validated for carpool, paid at a walk-up kiosk, or paid via the ParkWhiz app, the gate will raise once the kiosk verifies payment. Otherwise, the exit kiosk will display the parking fee due and drivers will swipe their credit card for payment. A 24/7 customer support service will respond via live video to drivers who need help at the entry or exit gates.
Communications

We will also be introducing SMS text notifications, an improved online store, QR codes for hands-free information, mobile payments and much more. Skiing is also available at Grand Targhee Resort located in Alta, Wyoming just a short ride from Jackson. You must pre-purchase lift tickets online before arriving at the resort as they will ONLY be selling tickets online for the 2023-2024 season.
