TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICING – Tours are not available during off-season (April and November). Summer tours begin May 1, 2023 thru October 5th, 2023, and fly 7 days a week (weather permitting). Minimum of 2 passengers per flight, MAXIMUM OF 4 PASSENGERS per flight. Weight restrictions do apply and are strictly enforced.

Family Tour

Wind River Mountain Escape

The Wind River Mountains are home to Wyoming’s highest point, Gannett Peak, at 13,809 feet. From the comfort of your private helicopter, observe one of Wyoming’s hidden gems tucked in the Upper Green River Valley – Square Top Mountain. You will witness firsthand some of Wyoming’s wildest, unforgiving landscape that is nearly untouched. Be prepared to see some wildlife, as your route will parallel one of North America’s longest ungulate migration corridors.

How many passengers can you take?
In addition to the pilot, the aircraft will seat four passengers, in. If your party has five or more people, we are happy to book multiple flights. Please see below regarding weight limits.
Is there a minimum number of passengers required?
Two passengers are required for any scenic flight.
Is there a weight limit?
There is a 300-pound per person weight limit. Additionally, at our high altitudes, total aircraft weight and balance can be a factor, especially during the summer months. Therefore, the pilot will determine which seat each passenger will sit in.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your flight within 72 hours of your flight time, or do not show for your scheduled flight, you will be charged the full price of your flight. All cancellations, regardless of when made, are subject to a 20% JH Concierge service fee, even in the event of a COVID shutdown or illness.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is top priority! Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel a tour due to inclement weather and will do our best to accommodate you when the weather improves or on another day. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if cancellation is due to weather related issues.
Does the helicopter have air conditioning or a heater?
Yes! Air conditioning for hot summer days and a heater for cooler days.
What type of helicopter do you fly?
A four-passenger R66. Every seat is a window seat!
What are your age restrictions?
An adult must accompany children under the age of 8. Individuals aged 2 and up require their own seat/ticket.
