SCENIC FLOAT ON THE SNAKE RIVER
This remote stretch of the river sits just south of the park, with sweeping views of the Teton, Snake River and Gros Venture ranges. Water is calm so you can just sit, relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife, and you won’t be asked to paddle. This stretch may be the best place in the lower 48 for viewing nesting eagles. In addition to bald eagles, you can see moose, elk, deer, bison, wolves, coyotes, river otters, beavers, osprey, kingfishers, mountain bluebirds, white pelicans, and many other birds. Trip lasts approximately 3-4 hours with morning and afternoon departures and hotel transportation is included – you can even do scenic floats that include a breakfast or riverside lunch. Prices start at $75 per adult and children, ages 4-12 start at $50. If you have your own transportation (this company does not provide hotel pick-up/drop-off), you can do a scenic float entirely inside Grand Teton National Park. Prices are $80 per adult and children, ages 4-15, $50. This activity is handicap accessible.
All tours have a 48 hour cancellation policy (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
