Starting June 1, 2020, only private hiking tours will be offered that keep guests and staff safe. We hope to offer wildlife tours, mixed group hikes and transportation soon but in Phase 1, only private hikes are available and guest must provide their own transportation to/from the trail head. Guests follow guides on a scenic drive to the trail head in their own vehicle. Guests need proper hiking shoes and layered clothing. A warm sweater or jacket is recommended for all tours.
Tours include: Educated Naturalist guide, use of interpretive materials, water bottles, backpacks, rain ponchos, binoculars, snacks or lunch can be provided. Lunch includes a healthy sandwich, trail mix, fruit and dessert.
COVID-19 Safety Precautions: Private guided hikes will be available in compliance with social distancing guidelines for the safety of visitors and naturalist guides. We are following all County, State and Federal guidelines for COVID-19. Initially, all tours will be private.
